Going to Vietnam and Hanoi without eating Pho would make your visit incomplete. Pho (Phở) Vietnam is soup consisting of broth of Beef, if beef isn’t your thing, then take a look at the chicken pho noodle soup. Rice noodle or called bánh phở, slice of Beef (all different cuts) called Phở bò. Indeed, it is not only a delicious bowl of soup, but pho also provides an interesting lens into the Vietnamese culture.

Phở is a popular street food in Vietnam where it found almost century ago from the northern Vietnam. Southern Vietnam eat it for breakfast and occasionally lunch, whereas those from northern Vietnam eat it at any time of day.
